Reporting to the Group QSE Manager, your role is to lead certification projects, ensuring their deployment and compliance with associated processes.

You play a crucial role in harmonizing quality management systems across Heppner’s various business units.

Your responsibilities :

– Develop and implement the Group’s certification strategy.
– Coordinate with stakeholders to align processes and systems.
– Ensure certification management and compliance with international regulations.
– Support and advise business units in implementing standards.
– Participate in innovative projects to continuously improve the QMS.

With a two- to five-year degree in transportation, logistics, quality, or a related field, you have experience in quality management and its oversight within an integrated QMS context, as well as in project management (certification, compliance, etc.).

Ideally, you come from a transportation background, but your experience may also have been deployed in a highly regulatory environment (automotive, aerospace, etc.).

You must speak English, and a European language is an asset.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to write a job description and implement it within the organization, be proactive and convincing.

You must be a very good communicator; you know how to adapt to all types of audiences and have the charisma to engage, explain, and convey meaning.

We are looking for someone who is rigorous and firm, but also flexible and agile, so as not to become stuck in the straitjacket of Quality

Honesty and transparency also allow you to join a strong and committed team, with a positive atmosphere.

Position based at the Group’s headquarters in Rosny-sous-Bois (near Paris)  with remote working and regular travel expected (France and internationally).
