The length of this recruitment process can vary depending on the complexity of the position and the availability of potential candidates. In general, the assignment lasts between 4 and 8 weeks, from the initial identification of candidates to the presentation of the best profiles. The duration depends on the complexity of the position you are looking to fill and the availability of profiles.
The search & selection is perfectly legal when carried out ethically and professionally. Recruiters must respect the confidentiality of potential candidates and obtain their consent before sharing their information.
