Our Story
For more than 20 years, CCLD, TALENTPEOPLE and WINID have been providing support in the UK and Europe to nearly 1,000 companies faced with growing talent acquisition issues, and have carried out nearly 10,000 recruitments on their behalf.
Since 2004, TALENTPEOPLE and its international subsidiary, WINID, have democratised recruitment process outsourcing (RPO & BPO) solutions on the UK and European markets, enabling a large number of SMEs and large companies to increase the efficiency and productivity of their staff and work-study recruitment.
Launched in 2001, CCLD quickly established itself in the UK market as a leading specialist direct approach firm, focusing from the outset on innovative tools and methodologies for assessing behavioural skills , such as the Assessment Centre, to enable its clients to recruit the best talent.
This merger within ACTUAL GROUP’s TALENT MANAGEMENT branch will facilitate synergies between these two highly complementary structures, to become the strategic talent acquisition partner of tomorrow’s high-performance organisations on all European markets, under the ACTUAL TALENT brand.
