Our Story
For more than 20 years, CCLD, TALENTPEOPLE, WINID, CLEMENTINE, and UP SKILLS have been supporting nearly 1,000 companies in France and across Europe, increasingly facing challenges in talent acquisition and assessment. Together, they have successfully delivered close to 10,000 placements.
TALENTPEOPLE and its international subsidiary WINID pioneered recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions in the French and European markets from 2004 onwards. Their expertise has enabled numerous medium and large companies to gain efficiency and productivity in large-scale recruitment campaigns, covering both permanent employees and candidates in dual training programmes.
Launched in the early 2000s, CCLD and CLEMENTINE have become leading executive search consultancies in France: the former specialising in commercial and sales profiles, the latter in IT and digital positions. Both firms were early adopters of innovative tools and methodologies to assess technical expertise and soft skills, helping clients secure the best professionals.
UP SKILLS, a specialist recruitment and interim consultancy, strengthened in 2023 through its integration with KOBALTT, now offers expanded territorial coverage with 20 locations. This presence allows it to closely support SMEs and mid-sized companies in IT, engineering, and accounting recruitment.
All these services are now united under the brand ACTUAL TALENT, part of ACTUAL GROUP: a brand dedicated to specialised solutions in talent acquisition and executive assessment. Its ambition is to become — today and tomorrow, across all European markets — the strategic HR partner of high-performing organisations.
